Implementation of software for doing business - module IM/PS (IM/PS) for investments
In 2014 for the implementation of the module IM/PS (IM/PS) the following activities were realized:

• Defining the workflow for approving investments,
• Training for Key Users and End Users,
• Investment programs for all subsidiaries and the Direction were manually entered in the SAP system ,
• 20 capital and 250 small projects through investment requirements were manually entered,
• Carried out preparatory activities for the module IM/PS (IM/PS) for Golive 2015 with the preparation of data should remain in the system.

 

Implementation of the system for environmental protection ISO 14001 for the needs of JSC ELEM

• Finished first internal audit in all branches of JSC ELEM in May 2014.
• Finished external audit in June 2014.
• Second internal audit in the all subsidiaries of JSC ELEM (excluding the Direction) in December 2014.
• Activities have been launched to implement the process for recertification of ISO 14001on the  level of JSC ELEM.

Annual investment activities

• A report on the implementation of investment activities in 2013 was prepared and submitted for approval to the MB.
• A report on the annual investment in fixed assets for 2013 was prepared for the State Statistical Office - Skopje.
• Made Reports on realization of investment activities for the period 1-6. 2014 and for the period 1-9. 2014.
• Following the implementation of the annual investment program for 2014 of JSC ELEM for all production subsidiaries and departments in the Direction.
• Processed and approved monthly plans with requests for starting investment activities and relocation of funds (by decisions of the MB), and approval of technical specifications.
• A draft annual investment program for 2015 was prepared and adopted the MB.
• Delivered data on plan and realization of the investment program to the Regulatory Commission.
• Delivered quarterly reports on realization of investments for 2014 to SSO.
• Construction of a new administrative facility- "Office building ELEM" on the street.  Makedonija bb in Skopje
• Participation in the Commission for technical support to the project under construction.

Other activities

• Participation in the Commission for conducting an internal technical review of boiler in subsidiary Energetika.
• Participation in the working group for the implementation of capital projects and modernization of facilities of ELEM TOURS:
• Pedestrian-bicycle paths on Lake Kozjak near the settlement Blizansko,
• Pools of water to produce artificial snow for ski centre Kopanki, Bitola,
• Geotechnical investigations for hotel "Molika" Pelister and hotel "Slavija" Popova Shapka,
• Participation in the working group to present a proposal for rehabilitation of the completed excavation for water tank on Popova Shapka,
• Participation in the technical evaluation of bids for: construction of an outdoor handball playground in Struga.
• Participation in the technical evaluation of bids for: engaging monitoring authority complete inspection and oversight over:
• Organization and realization of the works: Construction of parking for public use and a drainage channel of the ski centre Popova Shapka,
• Organization and implementation of works on construction of outdoor handball playground in Struga.
• Participation in the technical evaluation of bids for: engaging a supervisor to conduct a full inspection and supervision of the organization and conduct of works during the construction of six seat chairlift at ski resort Popova Shapka.
• Participation in the technical evaluation of bids for: Preparation of project-technical documentation for construction of the ski centre Vodno.
