Company's Activities
The main activity of the Company is production of electricity and it is an activity of public interest. By decision number 02-1391 / 1 from 18.11.2005 AD ELEM was granted a license for performing energy activity - generation of electricity. The period of validity of the license is 35 years and is valid until November 1, 2040.
On March 20, 2006, by Decision No. 02-410 of the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia, AD ELEM was granted a license for the subsidiary "Energetika" - Skopje for performing an energy activity, as follows:
- Production of heat energy
- Distribution of heat energy
- Supply of heat energy
On December 22, 2008, with the Decision No. 02-2187 / 1 and Decision number 02-2188 / 1 of the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia, AD ELEM received a license for the branch "Energetika" - Skopje, for performing the following energy activities:
- Distribution of heat energy and
- Supply of heat energy

The principal equity of the Company is divided into 31,738,878 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1,000 (thousand) denars per share.
