Annual investment activities
• A report on the realization of the investment activities for 2014 was prepared and submitted for adoption of the MA.
• Annual Report for investments in fixed assets for 2014 for the State Statistical Office - Skopje was prepared.
• Monthly reports on realization of investment activities for investments have been prepared and a complete check of the tender documentation has been completed, which includes the conditions for tender and technical specifications.
• Quarterly reports on realization of investment activities for 2015 have been prepared.
• Monitoring of the realization of the Annual Investment Program for AD ELEM for all production subsidiaries and departments in the Directorate - electronic approval.
• A proposal for an annual investment program for 2016 was developed and adopted by the MA.
• Data on the plan and realization of the investment program were submitted to the Regulatory Commission.
• Quarterly reports for realization of investments for 2015 to the SSO have been submitted.

• Participation in the Commission for technical support of the project under construction.

Other activities
• Participation in the Commission for internal technical inspection of boiler in the subsidiary "Energetika".
• Participation in the Commission for performing an internal technical review of the rehabilitation of the delivery and installation of the dam monitoring equipment.
• Participation in the Commission for conducting an internal technical review of:- Rehabilitation of the Gorna Radika Canal;
- rehabilitation of the Sharski vodi channel;
- Rehabilitation of the tunnel Toljane.
• Participation in the Commission for conducting an internal technical inspection of the completion of the dam "Leunovo".
• Participation in a working group for the implementation of capital projects and modernization of facilities of ELEM TOURS:
- Pedestrian-biking trails on Lake Kozjak and near the Blizansko settlement;
- Water basins for production of artificial snow for the ski resort "Kopanki", Bitola;
- Construction of a six-kilometer cable car at the ski center "Popova Shapka"
- Construction of the ski resort "Vodno";
- Geotechnical investigative works for the hotel "Molika" on Pelister and hotel "Slavia" on Popova Shapka;
- Construction of a Congress Center in Ohrid;
- Construction of a multi-storey garage in Ohrid.

- development of infrastructure project for the Globochica column;
- production of LUPD for Shpilje;
- production of LUPD for the Tikvesh column;
- production of LUPD for the Suroch Column;
