According to Article 69 paragraph 4 from the Law on Energy (Official Gazette of R. of Macedonia No. 63/06, 36/07, 106/08), Joint Stock Company for electricity production, Macedonian Power Plants, in state ownership, Skopje as regulated producer of electricity determines manner for surplus electricity sales fulfilling open, transparent and indiscriminating principle by market conditions.

AD ELEM -Skopje shall publish all considerable information and schedule that refer to the procedure for surplus electricity sales on its official web site www.elem.com.mk.

AD ELEM keeps the right to make amendments/changes of the Regulations for surplus electricity sales.
